Deep Bass Nine Warranty

Control Synthesis gives you the following waranty. As purchaser of the Control Synthesis

Deep Bass Nine, you are covered against defects in material and workmanship for a period

of one year after the date of purchase, provided that they are unused at the time of purchase

(other than resonable use for testing or demonstartion purposes). During this warranty peri-

od Control Synthesis or its registered distributor will repair (or at its option replace) free of

charge a Deep Bass Nine that proves defective provided that you return them properly pack-

aged to the authorised sales outlet from whom you bought the Deep Bass Nine. There may

be delays in repair or replacements in the event that parts must be obtained from another

country.

This warranty does not apply to a Control Synthesis Deep Bass Nine if, in the opinion of
Control Synthesis, it has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication or as
the result of service or modification by other than a Control Synthesis Agent, it has deteri-
orated due to normal wear and tear, or you fail your obligations in respect to this warranty.
In the event that any claim presented under warranty is found on investigation by Control
Synthesis, or its agents, to be outside either the scope or duration of this warranty, then the
costs of such an investigation and repair shall be borne by you.

Control Synthesis makes no conditions, warranties or representations to any Control
Synthesis Deep Bass Nine which has been used at the time of the original purchase (other
than resonable use for testing or demonstration purpose).

Control Synthesis shall not in any event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental,
indirect or special damages, even if advised of possibility of such damages. Without lim-
iting the generality of the above Control Synthesis shall not have any liability due to lost
recordnings or performances, including any costs of recovering or reproducing such record-
ings or performances.

Control Synthesis makes no conditions, warranties or representations, express or implied,
written or oral, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly set forth above. No other statements of
the Control Synthesis warranty are authorised and they should net be relied upon.

Control Synthesis’ aggregate liability in respect of any single event or series of events
whether as a result of negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in
no circumstances exceed the cost of the defective, damaged or undelivered product deter-
mined by the invoiced price.

The terms of this limited warranty do not affect or prejudice the statutory rights of a con-
sumer acquiring the Control Synthesis Deep Bass Nine otherwise than in the course of a
business neither do they limit or exclude any liability for personal injury or death caused by
Control Synthesis’ negligence.
